Broomhall House is located less than half an hour from Edinburgh's international airport and an hour from Glasgow, and just ten minutes by road from the Forth bridges. London is a short flight away or 4 ½ hours by train to nearby Inverkeithing station.

Exit the M90 at Junction 1 which takes you into Rosyth. Follow the signs for the Kincardine Bridge on the A985 for approximately four miles. The entrance to Broomhall is on the left at the brow of the hill, shortly after the sign for Limekilns and Charlestown (also on your left). Turn into the private entrance marked Broomhall, beside an ochre coloured gatehouse.

The main drive entrance to Broomhall is directly off the A985, about seven miles east of Kincardine. After driving through Crombie you will continue for two miles, passing the junction with B9156, take the next right off the A985 into a private entrance marked Broomhall, beside an ochre coloured gatehouse.
